What could we get in a trade down?

I'm not a fan of trading back for mid round picks... (unless you're dealing with mid round picks to begin with)
If you're picking in the top 5, you should stay there, unless you move back to like the teens/20s... In that case you get their 1st this year and probably another 1st and 2nd. That's the only time it makes sense for me. But if you're at 3 and someone wants that spot who is at 6.... there's a reason they want to move up. If they really really need to move up, then by all means, we'll take your 2nd rounder off your hands. Nothing less than that.
