What could we get in a trade down?

If you're picking in the top 5, you should stay there, unless you move back to like the teens/20s... In that case you get their 1st this year and probably another 1st and 2nd.  That's the only time it makes sense for me.

 

But if you're at 3 and someone wants that spot who is at 6.... there's a reason they want to move up.  If they really really need to move up, then by all means, we'll take your 2nd rounder off your hands.  Nothing less than that.
 

That reason would be Jadeveon Clowney or Greg Robinson. But if Jake Matthews can fall out of the top five, it would make sense to keep their second round pick.
