From a 53 man roster perspective, what do you think the Jaguars do if they take an offensive tackle and a guard in the draft? Do they cut Richardson and Shatley? Do they cut one of the current starters? Do they go with 9 or 10 offensive linemen? If the latter, it would mean having to scale back depth somewhere else.
