Josiah Scott is largely an unknown to me.  We didn't have pre-season last year and he played sparingly in the regular season despite the team being hit with injuries at cornerback.  I can only assume he was disappointing in practice.  Given that Claybrooks played over Scott in 2020, I'm assuming he's the favorite in 2021.  Claybrooks also has the advantage of being able to serve as a backup returner if Agnew were to get injured.

In regards to backup quarterback, the team didn't give guaranteed money to Beathard in order to cut him in favor of a player already on the team.  If we keep Minshew, we would have to keep 3 quarterbacks.  It's possible, but when I look at the 53 man roster and the tough decisions already being made, I assumed they only keep two quarterbacks.

As far as Quincy Williams, perhaps, but I had trouble seeing how he fit in the 3-4.  I've also always been disappointed with his play.
