Yes. But in our particular case, when the team is bad enough to be 1-15, we're behind all the time so the defense knows we have to pass, and on top of that, the QB holds the ball too long. When all that happens, pass protection is going to look pretty sucky.

I'm just trying to figure out why Meyer and Baalke think our O-line is not as bad as a lot of fans think it is.

It is possible.

FWIW, Daniel Jeremiah agrees that our OL isn't that bad.

I sure have my doubts about how good this OL is. Sure hope they are right.
