Dude was going to die anyway, but LEOs did themselves (and their fellow LEOs) no favors by not allowing that off duty EMT to render aid. That is where I have a problem with the officers involved. There is a point where they know Floyd is under control and they could have let that EMT check him regardless of an EMS unit being enroute. It doesn't matter his level of consciousness as long as he's under control and not a threat to himself or anyone else. LET THE EMT CHECK HIM YOU FREAKING MORON.
