Contrary to popular belief, Floyd didn't die because an officer had his knee on his neck/shoulder.  He basically died of a drug overdose.  The knee to the neck/shoulder didn't cause him to go into cardiac arrest, it was the drugs that he consumed.

At the VERY most the officer might be convicted of manslaughter for failing to render medical aide in a timely manner, and even that could be challenged since Floyd refused to cooperate.  It was by no means a murder.

Either way portions of the country are going to explode when the verdict comes in.  There will be more "mostly peaceful protests" (according to the state controlled media) consisting of rioting, looting, burning and all out destruction.

Does anyone really think that Floyd would have died that day if not for the encounter with law enforcement? I'd agree it wasn't an intentional act but it was at a minimum, manslaughter due to negligence.
