You said if Baalke and everyone else likes player B but Meyer likes player A, they will go with B. I disagree. Urban loves to have control and if he thinks player A is best, he is going to draft them regardless of what the room thinks. 

And your point about draft boards is correct. I don't think many teams are ranking players 1-300 or whatever. That's extremely old school. I think smart teams are putting players into tiers and using a multitude of resources instead of just your old school rankings.

It's literally never as easy as taking the top player on your board and you've even said as much. If the Jags take Harris at 25 and then Etienne is the top player on their board at 33, you want Etienne? It's not going to happen. Be fluid on draft day and take value when it's clear.

 You have to use a little common sense, if we take Etienne or Harris at 25 which I highly doubt, they would have RBs on the board after the pick.  The board will be set, so whoever player A is that he thinks is the best, will be the guy at the top of the board. Taking your top guy is the right way to build a team and let the draft come to you instead of reaching for need, which is exactly what Meyer and Baalke have been saying and it's good to finally hear
