On the topic of player retention/development, NFLN just had a bit on the Jaguars and how they are responding to TL. They referenced a chat with DJ Chark and LaViska Shenault. Chark was saying he has never played for an elite QB before. He just missed Burrow at LSU, and played with six (6) different QBs during his time in Jacksonville. Sometimes a starter wouldn't be named until maybe 6pm the night before the game! Now, Chark states he wants to beat Jimmy Smith's records.

Apparently Chark is excited. I heard on the radio earlier that per UM's instruction, he's added 10 pounds and actually got faster as a result.
