I think the problem in the past has been one of field compression. You can't use screens effectively when all the defenders are staying near the line of scrimmage and keying on your running back. Screens work best when you can actually pass down the field and defenders are paying more attention to the quarterback than the running back. So the jaguars should definitely be better on the screen game assuming Lawrence forces the defense to pay more attention to the down field passing game.
