It's sort of a risk in terms of value at #25. 

 Because there were highly rated players available at positions of need that are traditionally placed in a priority tier above RB.  (edge rusher being the obvious example)
He's valuable, but is he valuable enough to pass on those players?  We'll see.

Maybe a little over drafted but not so much proving Meyer's enough of a risk taker that he would have drafted Fields at #2. At least I don't think he would have. Fields may be a good player but he's way more boom or bust than ETN.
