NFL Fines Jaguars/Meyer for OTA Violations

I've often thought they really shouldn't be running "reps" at OTA's because it's not really a practice. It's made for concentrating on drills, route-running, learning the playbook and new plays, and all around preparation.
It's kind of a joke if you can be out there, not in pads, running reps and the WR's and DB's can't even lock up, jam, etc. If they're that strict, it's more of a walk-through. |
