Many times Winston was handing the ball off due to the game being out of reach 

 

I also think you have to account big time for the system they play in

 

Manziel plays in a system that allows him to "make plays" or do whatever he wants

 

Winston HAS to adhere to concepts and to a controlled system

 

If Winston played the spread he would eclipse Manziels numbers easily, especially with the team around him
