Some say more difficult (definitely not almost all), but when you read the context what they really mean is that it took longer than they expected. It definitely takes time to relearn the muscle memory, but it's not that hard. That's why every team has at least one swing tackle. If it was truly that difficult there wouldn't be dozens of players in the league that could do either one at a moments notice.
