Contract to work? Nope.

But a Non-Compete / Non-Disclosure are not contracts for work.. they are separate documents.

The most famous and egregious example, of course, being Jimmy Johns. No former employee could work within a certain mile radius for any other sandwich shops. Seems stupid, right? Now imagine that for every sector. Like I said, 60% of companies.
