All I know is, my rent is $1362 a month for a 2BR apartment where I live in Maryland..... I have always paid my rent at least a week in advance because I have the means to....... IMHO, if you buy boats and other luxury items instead of paying rent, you deserve to be evicted......Just my 2 cents worth here </rant>
