That's all good and stuff, but that speech by Meyer? That put's a lot of pressure on players. If we win, crime goes down? So if we lose, people might get murdered? That may not be how he intended it, but it kinda sounded that way.

You need to stop getting caught up in where people are "listed" at. It doesn't mean jack [BLEEP].

There's been multiple hints/reports about where players are lining up over the 2 weeks of training camp. Ward has lined up at DT, DE and OLB. Smoot has lined up at DE, DT and OLB. They're moving everybody around on the DL. Cross training guys has been a huge theme all throughout the off season/camps and not just along the DL.

They're going to rotate this DL (and I include the OLBs in the DL group) around a huge amount on this Defense. Allen and Smoot have been the two base OLBs plenty during camp.
