I think it was just some comments that Spurrier made.  Im not concerned.  Gus is also a great motivator so I dont think it would be a problem.

 

See thats my point. People (I believe teams not picking in the top 3) have taken those words and twisted them to make it seem like he has questionable work ethic.

 

All Spurrier actually said regarding his work ethic was "“He was OK. It wasn’t like Marcus Lattimore, you know, every player is a little different,” Spurrier said. “His work habits are pretty good, they’re not quite like Lattimore, maybe Stephon Gilmore, Melvin Ingram, some of those guys, but when the ball is snapped he’s got something no one else has.”

 

So basically because he doesn't put in as much work as those 3 guys..... now he has questionable work ethic just because he is not a GYM RAT or a 1st one in last one out type of guy....

 

If he shows up on time to practice, works through practice, watches his tape, learns from the tape, and then shows up and executes to the best of his ability during game time. What about that is questionable?

 

 

PS. I am not saying you specifically are saying that. I am just tired of having this presented as actual proof that he doesn't work hard at his craft.
