Point was, any team can see an impact in ticket sales if their team is constantly losing. And no, Detroit fans didn't show up to games when they were losing. The Jags actually increased ticket sales while the team got worse. I think that is a good thing.


Khan and Lamping, as I pointed out, stated the fans were doing their part and that they have to do theirs which is to bring a competitive football team. I don't even think Jag fans are asking for a winning team at this point. Just a team that competes on the field.


I'll support the team regardless. I'm a die hard fan. But if we want to be realistic, with a population this size and a team who has been this bad for this long, we need the team to be better to sell more tickets. That's reality.

 

Sometimes franchises go through losing stretches. That's the reality, welcome to the NFL. 

 

(Not you) If people continue cancel their ST's, or other fans just dont show up because the Jaguars are not winning, or they dont meet their "criteria" of competitiveness, then dont expect Khan to stay around.

 

Simple as that.
