Yeah, no.

There desperately needs to be a national standard for education.  Kids should have rights to an equal education regardless of where the live, and currently, they definitely do not.

Do you think the DoE gives a rat's rear end about equal education for all? If they did this wouldn't be an issue. Just as the DEA/war on drugs has solved nothing in the last 30 years, the DoE won't solve anything either.
