They already got a bunch of weapons also. They probably have pilots already trained by the US, either by the military or the CIA.

They now have a larger air force than something like ~32 countries. They went from a bunch of cast offs hiding in caves to having a sizeable air force that can rival most of smaller countries.

Sure they have to maintain them and have fuel but I bet they can acquire that easily.

Good luck maintaining these aircraft for long. Something breaks or wears out on complex military aircraft nearly every time they fly. Without access to spare parts, these aircraft will be unflyable within a few months.
