You keep ignoring my point.  The fans almost always turn on the coach and GM before the owner does.  And, coaches and GMs most often wind up getting fired, no matter who they are.  Eventually, they get fired, and the fans that wanted them fired pat themselves on the back for being right.  But what's the big deal about being right in that situation?  Pick any coach or GM in the league.  Odds are, they will eventually get fired.  In 1995, and every year after that, there were fans who thought Tom Coughlin should be fired.  For every single coach we've had, there was a contingent of fans who thought he should be fired.  It's the same with every team.  

You should keep that in mind before you start giving the fans credit for being right on the last 3 coaches.  It's meaningless.

You know what?  I've been right on every coach and GM we've had.  Ever.  Because it has always reached a point where I called for them to be fired.  So I'm right on the last 5 coaches.  Big deal.

But you're ignoring my point that the fans are right, because they don't have a personal relationship with the people that should be fired, therefore they see things more clearly than an owner or GM see things. With the fans, it's all about wins and losses, period. Owners and GM's tend to give a lot more leeway, because their judgement is clouded by personal relationships they have with these under-performing people and often times it ends up setting the team back. This isn't about coaches or GM's "eventually" getting fired. It's about firing them before their own poor performances hinder the team's future. Sure, bad coaches and GM's will eventually get fired, but in many cases they are fired after they have set the team back a year or two with bad performances.

Good for you. That accuracy is most likely because as I stated a couple of times, you and the majority of the rest of the fans see things clearly. We don't have personal relationships getting in the way of good business decisions.
