In a global economy with American kids having to compete with their counterparts worldwide, what the DemoRATS have done to the black community is nothing short of criminal. The democrats are consigning black children into the hands of perpetual poverty. And the parents that allow this to happen because they hate whitey that much are disgusting pigs and should have their children taken from them. You need to watch what you say.  This is not a black/white issue.

The problem isn't the lack of money, the problem is the lack of quality education along with the declining social culture in this country.  "Teachers" don't challenge kids and teach them to think, rather they are "teaching" them "what to think".  Children are taught the "correct answers on the test" rather than teaching them how to figure out what the correct answer is.
