Every time we pay somebody to play football, there's geeks massaging numbers against him.
 

I don't like overpaying for average players like Tony Pashos and Clint Session. 

 

However if the Jags go out and overpay for legit top level talent like Greg Hardy or Jairus Byrd, thats the kind of moves I am ok with overpaying for. Both are among the best at their positions.
