Just my gut, but Manzeil is intriguing. Definitely will bring excitement. But as for anything that says " sure thing" and a rare individual, it's Clowney.

But, so goes the crapshoot they call the draft.
 

That's how I look at it as well. San Fran and Seattle built their infrastructure first, and then went and got their QBs.
