Samuel Adams launches new 28% ABV beer that is so strong it's BANNED in 15 US states

Samuel Adams is launching a new, limited edition beer, and it alcohol by volume percentage is so high that it's illegal in 15 states
The brewer comes up with a new version of its Utopias brand every two years, and the twelfth edition will be on shelves starting October 11
The exclusive beer line will be on sale for an eye-popping price tag of $240 in a 24.5-ounce bottle starting on October 11
Utopias are illegal in some states because they contain 28 percent alcohol by volume, more than five times the potency of typical US brews
