Yep, Teddy went from playing at 222 as a Sophomore to getting down to the 180s after having his jaw wired shut. Adding back 25 lbs of good lean weight in right at one year seems very solid to me. He should be able to comfortably add another 15-20 lbs too. Him at ~230 is optimal and very attainable to me.
