Manziel's play style leads him to take more hits, and at the NFL level, it'll have alot of a bigger effect on his body than against college players. Teddy's play style relies on him moving around the pocket and limiting the amount of hits he takes. Like I said before, no one is a "sure thing" prospect. Those don't exist, minus Andrew Luck.

 

Teddy's "floor" as a prospect is probably just an average QB, but his ceiling could be Aaron Rodger.

 

Manziel's floor is out of the league in a few years, but his ceiling could lead him to be one of the greatest ever.

 

The draft is all just peoples preferences. Some like Teddy, some like Manziel, some like Bortles. It just all depends what you prefer when deciding on QBs.
