Johnny will take less hits and be sacked less because he avoids the rush better, Johnny runs to throw, in the NFL Johnny wont run for yardage.

Teddy's "floor" as a prospect is probably just an average QB, but his ceiling could be Aaron Rodger.

 

Manziel's floor is out of the league in a few years, but his ceiling could lead him to be one of the greatest ever.

Because he may get injured? Teddy can tear his ACL day one, you cant predict injuries.

The draft is all just peoples preferences. Some like Teddy, some like Manziel, some like Bortles. It just all depends what you prefer when deciding on QBs.
