I’m not saying they can’t take breaks now and then but to go out there hitting on college girls may not be the right “break” to be taking.

No doubt, it was bad judgement. Especially considering the fact everyone has a camera now. His wife knew he was out but probably didn't count on the grinding video. Still, I think people are making much more of this than it really is. 

Edit: This also begs the questions: What kind of bar is this? Did Meyer encourage her to dance or did she just approach him and start her routine? Was this a setup to make Meyer look bad? Some context would be nice instead of a 10 second quick edit.
