Translation: The lawyers said there isn't enough to fire him for violating the morals clause in his contract and if we fired him anyway, we would have to buy him out.

This seems to be the most plausible perspective from the side of ownership-level decisions regarding this situation with Urban.

My biggest issue when this first came out was the complete dissolution of accountability and leadership by Urban - and how that would negatively affect or spread amongst the players and how they might lose all player trust with the head coach.

It's akin to "if he's staying back and having fun, why the hell am I held to different standards?" I get that players/people are allowed to have fun whenever and wherever, but when this occurs DURING the season on a week where we lost a game to the Bengals, there is a loss of professionalism and structure that occurs here where instead normal functioning teams engage in.
