so not a big deal if a player decides he's not gonna fly home on the next roadie, cuz he has friends nearby, gonna spend the night at the clubs doing who knows what?

How's Urbz gonna tell that guy to get his butt on the plane with the rest of the team, or be smart about what he does in his free time?
Worse, what if the players decide they don't feel like hitting the weights today, coach can't tell us what to do.

I mean cripes, we JUST did this dance with the last regime. Memories can't be THAT short, can they?
