While I agree with you that his private life is not our business, he got reckless, got himself caught on camera and made this team the butt of even more jokes. Let me ask you this, aren't you as a Jaguars fan, tired of being the laughing stock of the league? I am. If it's not our pathetic win/loss record, it's players wanting to jump ship or poor personnel moves or a variety of other football related issues. Now, because of Meyer, we've found a whole new way to embarrass this team, like it wasn't bad enough before this unnecessary scandal. Just once, can't this team do something right? Can't we go just one season without a major setback? 

I know if Meyer were my coach, I would've lost respect for him. Not because of what he did, but because he's a hypocrite and he made himself a distraction to the team. How can you just sweep this under the rug? The only time we get national media attention is when something goes off the rails with this team. Do you know Meyer? Are you friends or family with him? It sounds like you think this is just a speed bump and people will get over it, but this is not an isolated incident. It is just the latest in a long line of blunders ever since he got here. I don't think he will get fired, but I also don't think he wins the locker room over. Hopefully, this kind of distraction doesn't hinder Lawrence's development, but who knows? I can see why we can't get any premier free agents to come here though. We keep getting second rate guys, because this team is run so poorly.
