I deem all of these highly plausible. The only one who can (or would) change their outcome is Urbz himself.

The only one I have a skepticism with is the last one. I don't know if he'll want to keep paddling upstream if the team isn't looking to be a quick winner. I think at the very least he finishes this year and then reevaluates.
