The project isn't done, they merely failed to meet another milestone. If the project manager continually failed to hit the project milestones then turned around and said getting ready to meet the next one wasn't his job then we'd be hiring a new project manager to get the project back on track.

I want the team to win, if it's with Urban as the coach great. However, I've seen enough of him so far to believe that any more time spent with him leading this organization is just wasted.
