I don't know about the person you're referring to in terms of the milk production. Sounds like they may have been in a transition state and got impatient. Think about it, women by birth can't produce milk either unless their hormones are in sync to do so.

The couple I was referring to was a gay couple, both of which had kids from a previous marriage to women. They both decided they liked dudes I guess and both had custody of the kids they had in their previous marriage.  

The man not producing milk, that was a topic on these forums a few months back. 

I wouldn’t say anything turned me straight. Other than the female body.  And that’s what I was predisposed to like.  I’ll take two please!

I echo your view of women but I'm not going to assume everyone feels or even should feel the same way. For me it's natural to be attracted to the opposite sex. I didn't have to be turned. Similarly, I assume people who are attracted to the same sex weren't brainwashed or whatever. They may have been under social pressure to behave a certain way and then figured it out, like your friend. More power to them.
