We have bill records that are thirty years old wrapped in a legal case and they are specific. We have to remove personal identifying information parallel to the legal case. I am not allowed to leak that information because I don't like someone.

Normally local control applies to the stadium issues. The further away you move that control the bigger mess it is.

Well. sucks for you you are/have been burdened with discovery.  Litigation, whether for a plaintiff or a defendant, can be a pain in the butt on too many levels to delineate.

As to your closing remark, I did not envision an NFL police force, per se.  I was thinking more along the lines of increased PSAs from the league discouraging violence at the games.
