Again, I don't excuse what was leaked to the press, but being a realist I would guess that comments like that are pretty common.  It's just a fact of life.  There are many men that don't like gay people as well as many who are racist.  He's not the only one.

You think he's a racist? I don't. Potentially a little homophobic, I took it more of an anti-woke/anti identity politics thing. I'm just not for labeling folks who aren't totally blatant with it and there's conflicting evidence to contradict said label. I agree though, Gruden was the sacrificial lamb here... They should force Snyder out(sell team) too, both parties are guilty. Also, if they did force Dan out, Kahn is the undisputed worst owner in football.

I don't think this is the end of the scandal, many more tidbits to come. I know there are more people in the NFL who feel the same way Gruden does. The question is, are they just as stupid to put it in an email? We'll see.
