This. He's bad for the team and bad for the organization. I hope he's replaced after this year, dude destroyed that SF team that was a regular contender for years and he took them to the gutter. Not a huge fan of this draft either, no one making an impact except for the no brain-er at 1st overall.
This draft is stacked on defense which is where I think we need to go in the draft.  We should go offense in Free Agency
