I said in highlights you could see he was special. The speed that he hits the hole - might be the fastest in the NFL. But he also has the patience to cut it back when he needs to. That combination is rare and something I never saw in anything Etienne did.

Like I said, not sure why scouts get paid if they can't recognize these things.

I was curious to see if the moves JRob was making in College was because his competition was inferior or if he was special.. turns out he's special.

I’m sure scouting reports are influenced quite a bit on the level of skill around a player on both sides of the ball. Smaller weaker conferences, smaller, weaker and less skilled players. 

To me, unless a player showed truly exceptional talent in smaller conference play, it would be difficult to evaluate and conjecture on their potential at the next level. I think Robinson, thankfully for us, was subject to that scouting conundrum. Everyone whiffed on him.
