Depends on their skill set. I'd say Fournette and Robinson have similar speed/burst. Difference is Fournette has bad vision, makes the wrong read and hits the wrong holes. He has some size to him which helps him cover for his bad play. Robinson knows how to play the position, is tough as hell and is fast enough.

Fournette has WAY more top end speed. 

Robinson has him beat for days in vision and balance -  and they are similar in "burst." 
Though I think that burst is often misconstrued or defined differently from one analyst or fan to the next. 
 Robinson also just finishes stronger and more consistently than LF. He finds those extra scrappy yards much more often.
