Don't give him the ball if that's what it takes. You ever see Rodman or Ben Wallace play?  There are ways you can make an impact without scoring the basketball

On that part of the topic, Simmons should be traded some how. This guy isn't going to pla th for philly again. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but it is what it is. Trade him for what you can get

Sometimes it's just better for a change of Scenery.  It's like the Ramsey situation.
