I've yet to see a factual reference cited regarding Urban's motivation. Unless Urbz has directly responded to a reporter as to why he chose to coach again, every single reason anyone can offer is pure supposition, no matter how much an expert or personal acquaintance one might be.

I haven't gotten around to it yet... but My response was to pretty much anybody who assumes they know why urban took the job.... and of course all the urban haters are going to say it was for ego or the money etc... like one idiot said urban can bring us to five super bowls and he would still hate him.... That's just downright ridiculous...

Human garbage is still human garbage regardless. I don't like or praise any NFL player that beats women or children - the rest of the country may lack the morals and principles to just say "oh well look at good he can run!" - I and a whole lot of others actually care about who a person is.

But he's not going to win anything with his lazy attitude and poor management. He will quit within 2 years.
