I'm not excusing the coaching, but don't discount the bottom-of-the-barrel roster we have.

With five picks in the top 65 were getting essentially no production except from Lawrence, and that pick was a no brainer.

The biggest problem is the team lacks talent. The next biggest problem is it lacks coaching leadership. If Khan keeps Urban around for 2022 then neither will be fixed before 2023.
