Iran releases footage of helicopter approaching USS Essex

Encounters with the "enemy" are common. I had the opportunity to see a Russian Bear aircraft fly by our ship when we were in the north Atlantic back in the early 90's (escorted by two US F-14's). The Russian aircraft didn't fly over the ship, but was close enough for us to see it.
With that being said, the non-response from this current administration regime is telling when it's a clearly hostile country testing our will. Having an aircraft of any type from a hostile country approaching a ship like that and that close should never be allowed. Of course our new "woke" kinder and gentler military allows it. There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't. |
