It's like he's afraid to step on toes. Maybe it's first year jitters. With both of them having NFL experience. I expect that to change toward the end of this year and for next year. He's feeling things out, but that's not what Khan hired him for imo. Tho he and Kjan may have that understanding.

Urbz has enough experience as an head coach to know what his responsibilities are. The competition is elevated, but it's not like he's never had coordinators under him or players to evaluate or teams to plan against.

He was hired to be the head. If he's afraid of taking command, good gravy we're in worse shape than any of us imagined back at the beginning of this year.
