I am not going to claim intimate knowledge of front offices around the league. So I can’t give you a list of names for GM.

Some teams I would like to see the candidate come from: Arizona, LA Chargers, Tampa, Buffalo, Cleveland, Pitt, Baltimore, Indy. This type of hire reminds me of the saying “I may not know art, but I know what I like.” Did those teams tend to draft BAP? Did they build through the trenches?

As far as coaches. I prefer an established offensive coordinator that has shown a great history of productivity. Brian Daboll seems to check those boxes. Bonus points for developing (or at least helping) a young QB already.
