And if he wins 3 games next year, is he doing a good job?  4 games in the following year?  In six years, maybe we'll be a .500 team?

Two wins is not remotely good enough given that he had 5 picks in the top 65 in the draft and more money in salary cap than any other team in the league.  As someone else pointed out, one of the wins was largely thanks to Josh Allen -- a player Meyer inherited from last year.  Most of Meyer's draft picks weren't even on the field.
