What makes you think they are winning another game this year? Possible...sure. Probable? Not with the ineptitude of the offense. There are no gimmies for the Jags.

Playing devil's advocate, you could make the argument that first year coaches coming to a franchise with little talent are rarely successful. I don't think you could have found any coach or FO that could win more than 3 or 4 games with this roster. I don't think that alone is enough to retain Meyer but if you're trying to find a positive, that's the only one I can think of right now.
