Of course they can't fix everything in one year and some draft picks take development time, but what we are seeing is abject failure.

The argument to that is that you can't know for sure how the first year players will ultimately play out. I agree the arrow is pointing in the wrong direction but first year players struggling on a talent starved roster isn't unusual. A first year QB struggling isn't unusual.

The issues I have are with the selection of ETN, not because he got injured but because it was a pick that demonstrated lack of confidence in/understanding of James Robinson. There was very little attention paid to the offensive line and the TE position in the off season which was also problematic and the attempt to revamp the receiver corps resulted in disaster.
